Once the plans are ironed out, our expert construction team takes over.
It is our goal to make the construction process as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Diligent planning and fine-tune organization skills ensure an average-size home should not take longer than 8 to 10 months to build. During this stage, our Ornella management team is on-site to organize our extensive network of professional tradespeople and suppliers, receive supplies, and supervise both safety and municipal inspections.
